PT Saka Energi Indonesia (“SAKA”), anak Material perusahaan yang 99Yo sahamnya dimiliki oleh Perseroan, menerbitkan surat utang senior dengan nilai USD625,000,000 pada tanggal 5 Mei 2017 untuk jangka waktu selama 7 tahun yang dicatatkan di Singapore Exchange (SGX) (“Surat Utang”). PT Saka Energi Indonesia (“SAKA”), a subsidiary whose shares are 9946 owned by the Company, issued USD625,000,000 senior notes on 5 May 2017, which will mature after a period of 7 years which were listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“Notes”). Description of Material Information or Facts 2. SAKA telah melakukan pembelian kembali Surat Utang di sepanjang tahun 2022 dan 2023, dengan rincian sebagai berikut: a. Pembelian kembali di tahun 2022 dengan nilai USD248,748,000, dan b. Pembelian kembali di tahun 2023 dengan nilai USD220,000,000. Dengan demikian, sisa Surat Utang yang masih beredar adalah senilai USD 156,252,000. SAKA has conducted a buy back of the Notes during 2022 and 2023, with the following details: a. Buy back in 2022 with the value of USD 248,748,000: and b. Buy back in 2023 with the value of USD 220,000,000. Thus, the remaining outstanding Notes are USD156, 252,000.

Furthermore, for the value of the outstanding Notes USD156,252,000 has been fully repaid on May 6, 2024. 4 Dampak kejadian, informasi Dampak yang teridentifikasi dari pelaksanaan pembelian atau fakta material tersebut kembali Surat Utang adalah sebagai berikut: terhadap kegiatan operasional, | The impacts identified from the implementation of the hukum, kondisi Keuangan, atau | puyback of the Notes are as follows: kelangsungan usaha Tidak ada nilai Surat Utang yang masih beredar setelah dilakukannya pelunasan pada 6 Mei 2024, The impact of these material events, information or facts on operational activities, legal, financial conditions, or —- Penggunaan kas internal untuk pembayaran business continuity kembali Surat Utang tidak berdampak terhadap likuiditas SAKA dan Perseroan.
