The Issuer had declared a plan for the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2023 in accordance with the results
of Tahunan General Meeting dated 06 May 2024 for the 2023 financial year dividend which will be paid as follows :

In accordance with the resolutions of the Meeting, the Company hereby announces that the Company will distribute
cash dividend for the Financial Year of 2023 to the Shareholders in the total amount of IDR 5,155,020,528 or Rp0.9
per share including Interim Dividend which was distributed to the Shareholders on December 22, 2023 in the total
amount of IDR 4,009,460,000 or amount of IDR 0.7 per share. Therefore, the remaining cash dividend which will be
distributed to the Shareholders is in the total amount of IDR 1,145,560,528 or Rp0.2 per share
