Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material/ Description of the Material Information or Facts Pada tanggal 8 Mei 2026, Pacific Universal Investments Pte. Ltd. (“Pembeli”) telah menyelesaikan pengambilalihan sebanyak 8.466.000.000 saham Perseroan, mewakili 51x dari total modal ditempatkan dan disetor dalam Perseroan, dari PT Satya Mulia Gema Gemilang. On 8 May 2026, Pacific Universal Investments Pte. Ltd. (the “Buyer”) completed the acguisition of 8,466,000,000 shares of the Company, representing 5146 of the total issued and fully paid-up share capital of the Company, from PT Satya Mulia Gema Gemilang. Dengan selesainya transaksi tersebut, Pembeli resmi menjadi pengendali baru Perseroan. Upon completion of the transaction, the Buyer has officially become the new controlling shareholder of the Company. 4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik/ Impact of the event, the material information or fact on the operational activities, legal matters, financial condition, or business continuity of the Issuers or Public Companies. 5.
