PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN WARAN TERSTRUKTUR
BBCADRCH7A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BBCA”) pada tanggal 19 Agustus
2026 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur BBCADRCH7A, BBCADRCX6A,
BBCADRCX6B dan BBCADRPV6A sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3
Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang akan dilakukan untuk waran
terstruktur BBCADRCH7A sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
BBCADRCH7A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BBCA”) dated 19th August 2026,
related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant BBCADRCH7A, BBCADRCX6A,
BBCADRCX6B and BBCADRPV6A as stated in the Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of
Structured Warrant, no adjustment will be made to structured warrant BBCADRCH7A pursuant to the
Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
