Adapun realisasi rencana bisnis dan operasional tersebut akan dilakukan secara bertahap dengan
mempertimbangkan kondisi pasar, kesiapan operasional, kebutuhan pendanaan, serta ketentuan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Berdasarkan Keterbukaan Informasi pelaksanaan Mandatory Tender Offer oleh PT Olive Power Invest
terdapat rencana terhadap perusahaan yang diambil alih yaitu Perseroan. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut,
agar dapat dielaborasi:

a. Penjelasan Perseroan terkait rencana pengembangan bisnis yaitu pengembangan ekosistem New
Energy Commercial Vehicle (NECV) dan industri pendukungnya di Indonesia.

Tanggapan:

Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, rencana pengembangan bisnis dimaksud masih berada pada
tahap penjajakan dan evaluasi awal dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek, termasuk kondisi
pasar, potensi kerja sama usaha, serta aspek teknis operasional lainnya. Namun, Perseroan
berencana untuk berfokus pada manajemen aset siklus hidup (/ifecycle) kendaraan komersial energi
baru dan baterai, membangun fondasi digital untuk aset logistik dan rantai dingin energi baru di
Indonesia. Ini melibatkan pembangunan ekosistem NECV terintegrasi yang mencakup kendaraan,
baterai, rantai dingin, penyewaan (leasing), pembiayaan, dan emisi karbon, mendorong peningkatan
industri dari operasi tradisional ke digitalisasi, kepercayaan, dan keberlanjutan yang bertujuan
menjadi infrastruktur digital untuk industri logistik energi baru dan rantai dingin Indonesia, mencapai
visibilitas aset, kontrolabilitas, kepercayaan, dan keberlanjutan.

b. Sumber dana untuk melaksanakan rencana pengembangan bisnis sebagaimana Keterbukaan
Informasi Perseroan tersebut.

Tanggapan:

Perseroan menjelaskan bahwa sumber dana yang digunakan sebagai modal kerja kegiatan bisnis
yang baru akan berasal dari dana investor baru dan juga pinjaman pemegang saham.

c. Estimasi timeline dimulainya pengembangan bisnis di bidang ekosistem NECV tersebut hingga
komersil.

Tanggapan:

Estimasi timeline rencana pengembangan usaha Perseroan ke sektor industri kendaraan ramah
lingkungan, adalah sebagai berikut:

Kuartal III tahun 2026 — Tahap persiapan dan perencanaan strategis

Penataan ulang perencanaan dan fokus pada penyusunan roadmap bisnis, studi kelayakan,
penjajakan kemitraan strategis, serta penguatan kapabilitas internal dan identifikasi peluang pasar.

Kuartal IV tahun 2026 — Tahap pengembangan awal dan implementasi terbatas

Pelaksanaan proyek awal (pilot project), pengembangan ekosistem dan infrastruktur pendukung,
serta optimalisasi model bisnis melalui kolaborasi dengan mitra dan peningkatan efisiensi
operasional.

Kuartal I tahun 2027 — Tahap komersialisasi awal dan pengembangan usaha

Dimulainya implementasi komersial secara bertahap, ekspansi skala usaha, integrasi ekosistem

secara menyeluruh, diversifikasi produk/layanan new energy, serta peningkatan daya saing dan
keberlanjutan bisnis secara berkelanjutan. Dilanjutkan dengan tahap peluncuran: merampungkan

Kuartal III dan IV tahun 2027 — Tahap Komersialiasi Penuh

Mencapai model pertumbuhan mesin ganda berupa biaya berlangganan dan layanan bernilai
tambah, melengkapi siklus ekosistem, dan menjadi platform digital standar industri.

d. Agar Perseroan dapat menjelaskan industri pendukung yang akan menjadi fokus Perseroan dalam
pengembangan ekosistem NECV di masa mendatang.

Tanggapan:

Perseroan berencana untuk menjajaki dan mengembangkan beberapa industri pendukung yang
memiliki keterkaitan dengan kegiatan usaha NECV guna mendukung terciptanya ekosistem usaha
yang terintegrasi. Perseroan berfokus pada inti NECV, yakni 4 (empat) industri pendukung utama,
antara lain:

1. Manufaktur dan operasional kapasitas kendaraan komersial energi baru,
2. Manajemen siklus hidup penuh baterai daya (pemantauan, nilai sisa, daur ulang),
3. Layanan sewa kendaraan dan operasional aset,

4. ESG dan kepatuhan karbon ((CBAM) Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, akuntansi emisi
karbon, manajemen aset karbon)

e. Estimasi kebutuhan belanja modal (capex) yang diperlukan Perseroan untuk menjalankan rencana
pengembangan usaha tersebut.

Tanggapan:

Estimasi kebutuhan belanja modal (capex) yang diperlukan Perseroan untuk menjalankan rencana
pengembangan usaha tersebut kurang lebih adalah sebesar Rp. 50.000.000.000,- (Lima Puluh
Miliar Rupiah).

f. Menurut Perseroan, bagaimana Perseroan menilai peluang pasar kendaraan komersial energi baru
di Indonesia?

Tanggapan:

Perseroan menilai bahwa peluang pasar kendaraan komersial energi baru / NECV di Indonesia
berada dalam jendela peluang emas, dengan peluang yang jelas potensi pertumbuhan yang sangat
besar dan prospektif dalam jangka menengah maupun jangka panjang. Kepastian pertumbuhan
industri yang kuat: tingkat pertumbuhan tahunan rata-rata kendaraan logistik listrik melebihi 356,
dengan tingkat pertumbuhan tahunan gabungan »4076 dari tahun 2025 hingga 2030.

Perseroan melihat bahwa meningkatnya kebutuhan terhadap kendaraan operasional yang lebih
efisien dan ramah lingkungan, khususnya pada sektor logistik, distribusi, transportasi, dan kegiatan
komersial lainnya, akan menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong pertumbuhan pasar NECV di

Indonesia.

Selain itu, dukungan pemerintah terhadap percepatan transisi energi dan pengembangan ekosistem
kendaraan listrik di Indonesia turut membuka peluang yang signifikan bagi pelaku usaha untuk
berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan industri NECV beserta industri pendukungnya.

Perseroan juga menilai bahwa Indonesia memiliki potensi pasar yang besar didukung oleh

pertumbuhan aktivitas ekonomi, kebutuhan mobilitas dan distribusi barang yang terus meningkat,
serta perkembangan teknologi kendaraan energi baru yang semakin kompetitif dan efisien.

Dengan mempertimbangkan potensi tersebut, Perseroan optimis bahwa pengembangan ekosistem
NECV dapat menjadi salah satu peluang strategis untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan
pengembangan usaha Perseroan di masa mendatang.

Sehubungan dengan kegiatan usaha eksisting Perseroan yaitu penjualan furniture dan perlengkapannya,
agar dapat dijelaskan mengenai:

a. Perkembangan penjualan furniture milik Perseroan hingga saat ini.

Tanggapan:

Terkait perkembangan penjualan furniture hingga saat ini, Perseroan terus melakukan evaluasi
kegiatan usaha dengan memperhatikan kondisi pasar, permintaan pelanggan, strategi pemasaran,
serta kondisi ekonomi secara umum. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan informasi yang disampaikan oleh
manajemen Perseroan, perkembangan penjualan furniture Perseroan sampai dengan saat ini masih
dalam proses transisi manajemen baru, namun Perseroan menargetkan adanya peningkatan pada
penjualan tahun ini, dengan berfokus pada aspek peningkatan efisiensi manajemen, dan
pemangkasan biaya operasional guna mengurangi pembiayaan yang tidak diperlukan serta
meminimalisir kerugian.

b. Kontribusi pendapatan penjualan furniture terhadap keseluruhan pendapatan usaha Perseroan
periode Januari — Maret 2026.

Tanggapan:

Dalam hal periode terkait, Perseroan menyatakan masih dalam tahap transisi manajemen baru,
diantaranya proses (handover) serah terima yang masih berjalan, persiapan proses audit keuangan
tahun buku sebelumnya: penyesuaian karyawan lama dan baru, serta analisa pengembangan
pelanggan baru. Sehingga, dalam periode tersebut belum ada kontribusi pendapatan yang
signifikan terhadap keseluruhan pendapatan usaha Perseroan.

c. Target waktu pelepasan eksisting bisnis Perseroan (penjualan furniture), jika ada.

Tanggapan:

Perseroan menargetkan waktu penyesuaian terhadap persediaan yang ada, pelepasan eksisting
produk lama akan diselesaikan pada akhir tahun 2026.

Apakah Perseroan berencana melakukan aksi korporasi dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun mendatang?

Tanggapan:

Sampai dengan saat ini, dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun mendatang, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana aksi

on 6 May 2026, we hereby convey the Company's responses to the following matters:

1. The Company's current operational activities following the completion of the acguisition transaction by PT
Olive Power Invest and the completion of the Mandatory Tender Offer. Please elaborate

Response:

The Company's current operational activities, following the completion of the acguisition transaction by PT
Olive Power Invest and the completion of the Mandatory Tender Offer (“MTO”), consist of continuing its
furniture and household eguipment sales business by primarily selling the remaining old inventory stock:
conducting research on the selection of new goods/products as well as analysis of new sales and
marketing channels, and, concurrently, undertaking research related to prospective new business plans.

2. Please elaborate on the Company's business and operational plans forthe next 5 years, including whether
there will be any synergies from both the revenue and cost perspectives following the acguisition.

Response:

Following the Company's business and operational plans after the acguisition, the Company together with
the new controlling shareholders will gradually evaluate and develop business strategies to support the
Company's long-term growth. Over the next 5 (five) years, the Company plans to continue its existing
household furniture and home appliances sales business, as well as its sales activities through
marketplace platforms (E-commerce). These efforts will be supported by initiatives to improve operational
profitability and create new growth opportunities.

In addition, the Company is still formulating its business development plans related to the renewable
energy ecosystem, including an integrated New Energy Commercial Vehicle (“NECW”) ecosystem
covering vehicle and battery leasing, cold-chain vehicle ecosystems, as well as expansion into New
Energy Drones. The Company believes that the demand for such drones in industrial, commercial, and
government sectors is increasing. The Company also considers that the development of business
activities related to the renewable energy ecosystem is expected to create potential synergies, both in
terms of revenue enhancement (revenue synergy) and cost efficiency (cost synergy), which may become
new sources of income through the expansion of business networks and markets.

The implementation of these business and operational plans will be carried out gradually, taking into
consideration market conditions, operational readiness, funding reguirements, as well as the prevailing
laws and regulations.

Based on the Disclosure of Information regarding the implementation of the Mandatory Tender Offer by
PT Olive Power Invest, there is a plan concerning the acguired company, namely the Company. In this
regard, please elaborate on the following:

a. The Company's explanation regarding the business development plan, namely the development of
the New Energy Commercial Vehicle (NECV) ecosystem and its supporting industries in Indonesia.

Response:

In this regard, the proposed business development plans are still at the preliminary assessment
and evaluation stage, taking into consideration various factors, including market conditions,
potential business partnerships, and other operational and technical aspects. Nevertheless, the
Company intends to focus on lifecycle asset management for new energy commercial vehicles
and batteries, while establishing a digital foundation for new energy logistics and cold-chain
assets in Indonesia.

This initiative involves the development of an integrated NECV ecosystem encompassing
vehicles, batteries, cold-chain systems, leasing, financing, and carbon emissions management,
with the aim of driving the transformation of traditional operations toward digitalization, reliability,
and sustainability, The Company aspires to become a digital infrastructure platform for
Indonesia's new energy logistics and cold-chain industry by achieving greater asset visibility,
controllability, reliability, and sustainability.

b. The source of funds to implement the business development plan as disclosed in the Company's
Disclosure of Information.

Response:

The Company explains that the source of funds to be used as working capital for the new business
activities will be derived from new investors' funds as well as shareholder loans.

d. Please explain the supporting industries that will become the Company's focus in the development
of the NECV ecosystem in the future.

Response:

The Company plans to explore and develop several supporting industries that are closely related to
the NECV business activities in order to support the establishment of an integrated business
ecosystem. The Company will focus on the core NECV ecosystem, namely the following 4 (four) key
supporting industries:

Manufacturing and operational capacity for new energy commercial vehicles,

Full lifecycle management of power batteries (monitoring, residual value management, and
recycling),

Vehicle leasing services and asset operations, and

ESG and carbon compliance services, including Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism
(CBAM), carbon emissions accounting, and carbon asset management.

Response:

The estimated capital expenditure (capex) reguired by the Company to implement the proposed
business development plan is approximately IDR 50,000,000,000 (fifty billion Rupiah).

£ In the Company's view, how does the Company assess the market opportunities for new energy
commercial vehicles in Indonesia?

Response:

The Company believes that the market opportunity for New Energy Commercial Vehicles (NECV) in
Indonesia is currently within a golden window of opportunity, offering significant and highly promising
growth potential in both the medium and long term. The industry is expected to experience strong
and sustainable growth, with the average annual growth rate of electric logistics vehicles projected
to exceed 354, and a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 40X from 2025 to 2030.

The Company believes that the increasing demand for more cfficient and environmentally friendly
operational vehicles, particularly in the logistics, distribution, transportation, and other commercial
sectors, will become a key driver for the growth of the NECV market in Indonesia.

In addition, government support for accelerating the energy transition and developing the electric
vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia is expected to create significant opportunities for business players
to participate in the development of the NECV industry and its supporting industries.

The Company also believes that Indonesia has substantial market potential, supported by growing
economic activities, increasing demand for mobility and goods distribution, as well as the
advancement of new energy vehicle technologies that are becoming increasingly competitive and
efficient.

Considering these potentials, the Company is optimistic that the development of the NECV
ecosystem can become one of the strategic opportunities to support the Company's future business
growth and expansion.

4. In relation to the Company's existing business activities, namely the sale of furniture and related
accessories, please elaborate on the following:

a. The development of the Company's furniture sales up to the present time.

Response:

With respect to the development of the furniture sales business to date, the Company continues to
evaluate its business activities by taking into account market conditions, customer demand,
marketing strategies, and the overall economic environment. Furthermore, based on information
provided by the Company's management, the development of the Company's furniture sales
business is currently still undergoing a transition under the new management. Nevertheless, the
Company is targeting an increase in sales this year by focusing on improving management efficiency
and reducing operational costs in order to eliminate unnecessary expenses and minimize losses.

b. The contribution of furniture sales revenue to the Company's overall business revenue for the
January — March 2026 period.

Response:

During the relevant period, the Company stated that it was still undergoing a transition under the
new management, including the ongoing handover process, preparation for the audit of the previous
financial year, adjustment and integration of existing and new employees, as well as the analysis
and development of new customers. Therefore, during such period, there had not yet been any
significant contribution to the Company's overall operating revenue.

Cc. The target timeline for the divestment of the Company's existing business (furniture sales), if any.
Response:

The Company targets that the adjustment of existing inventories and the disposal of existing old
products will be completed by the end of 2026.

5. Does the Company plan to undertake any corporate actions within the next 1 year?

Response:
