Pemegang Saham yang berhak hadir/diwakili dalam Rapat adalah Pemegang Saham Perseroan yang
namanya tercatat dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham dan/atau pemilik saham Perseroan dalam catatan
saldo rekening efek di Penitipan Kolektif KSEI pada penutupan perdagangan saham Rabu, 15 Mei
2024 sampai dengan pukul 16.00 WIB.
The Shareholders who are entitled to attend the AGMS are the shareholders are registered in the
Registry of the Company Shareholders or registered in the Collective Deposit of KSEI by Wednesday,
15th May 2024
Sesuai ketentuan Pasal 12 ayat 4 Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan Pasal 16 ayat (3) POJK No. 15/2020,
Pemegang Saham Perseroan baik sendiri-sendiri atau bersama-sama mewakili 1/20 (satu per dua
puluh) atau lebih dari jumlah seluruh saham Perseroan berhak memberikan usulan terkait mata acara
rapat yang diajukan secara tertulis dan wajib diterima oleh Direksi Perseroan selambat-lambatnya 7
(tujuh) hari sebelum tanggal pemanggilan yaitu Kamis, 16 Mei 2024, pukul 16.00 WIB.
In accordance with Article 12 paragraph (4) Company’s Article of Association as well as Article 16
paragraph (3) POJK No. 15/2020, shareholders are individually or jointly representing 1/20 (one per
twenty) or more than the total number shares of the Company has the right to provide proposal related
to the agenda of the meeting including adding to the agenda with the provisions concerned must be
submit in writing to the Board of Directors (“BOD”) no later than 7 (seven) days before the date of the
Meeting Invitation on Thursday, 16th May 2024 p.m. Western Indonesia Time.
Dengan mempertimbangkan ketentuan Pasal 27 POJK No. 15/2020 serta Status Keadaan Tertentu
Darurat Bencana Wabah Penyakit Akibat Virus Corona Virus Disease 2019 (”Covid-19”) yang telah
ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia melalui Keputusan Presiden No. 11 tahun 2020 tentang
Penetapan Kedaruratan Kesehatan Masyarakat Covid-19, Perseroan mengimbau kepada para
Pemegang Saham untuk memberikan kuasa secara elektronik (”e-Proxy”) melalui aplikasi Electronic
General Meeting System (eASY.KSEI) yang disediakan oleh KSEI (https://easy.ksei.co.id). Pemberian
e-Proxy dapat dilakukan bagi Pemegang Saham yang berhak hadir dalam Rapat sejak tanggal
Pemanggilan Rapat sampai dengan 1 (satu) hari kerja sebelum tanggal penyelenggaraan Rapat pukul
10.00 WIB.
Considering the provisions of Article 27 POJK No. 15/2020 and the Status of Specific Emergency
Disasters caused by Corona Virus Disease 2019 (”Covid19”), as announced by the Government of the
Republic of Indonesia and referring to provision of Presidential Decree No. 11 of 2020 concerning the
Determination Public Health Emergency of Covid-19, The Company strongly suggests that the
Shareholders authorize a proxy electronically (”e-Proxy”) through the application of Electronic General
Meeting System (eASY.KSEI) provided by KSEI (https://easy.ksei.co.id). The administration of e-Proxy
will be available for Shareholders who are entitled to attend the Meeting from the date of the Meeting
Invitation to 1 (one) working day before the Meeting Date at 10 a.m. Western Indonesian Time.
Pengumuman Rapat ini juga telah tersedia dan dapat diakses pada antara lain situs web Perseroan
dan situs web PT Bursa Efek Indonesia.

IDX’s website.
