sebagaimana telah ditetapkan melalui Surat Keputusan
Anggota Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan tentang
Hasil Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan Sdr Dedi
Setiawan selaku Calon Komisaris PT Clipan Finance
Indonesia Tbk tanggal 24 April 2024.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan OJK tersebut, Perseroan wajib
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan untuk:
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau a. Membatalkan pengangkatan Bpk. Dedi Setiawan
Perusahaan Publik dalam jangka waktu paling lama 3 (tiga) bulan sejak tanggal
Surat Keputusan OJK; dan
b. Perseroan berhak mengajukan Bpk. Dedi Setiawan
kembali untuk mengikuti penilaian kemampuan dan kepatutan
dalam waktu 6 bulan setelah tanggal surat Keputusan OJK.

Surat Keputusan OJK diterima oleh Perseroan pada 30 April 2024.

Facts Setiawan, was not approved to become Commissioner of the
Company as stipulated in the Decree of the Members of the
Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority
Number concerning the Results of the Fit and Proper
Assessment of Mr. Dedi Setiawan as a Candidate
Commissioner of PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk dated April
24, 2024.
Impact of event, material information or Based on the OJK Decree, the Company is required to:
facts towards Issuers or Public
Company’s operational activities, legal, a. Cancel the appointment of Mr. Dedi Setiawan within a
financial condition, or going concern maximum period of 3 (three) months from the date of the OJK
Decree; and
b. The Company has the right to propose Mr. Dedi
Setiawan again to participate in the fit and proper assessment
within 6 months after the date of the OJK Decree.
