Kemampuan dan Kepatutan Sdr. Dedi Setiawan
selaku Calon Komisaris PT Clipan Finance
Indonesia Tbk tanggal 24 April 2024 (“Surat
Description of Information or Keputusan OJK”).

That the Company's Commissioner Candidate, Mr.
Dedi Setiawan, was not approved to become
Commissioner of the Company as stipulated in the
Decree of the Members of the Board of
Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority
Number KEP-151/PL.02/2024 concerning the
Results of the Fit and Proper Assessment of Mr.
Dedi Setiawan as a Candidate Commissioner of PT
Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk dated April 24, 2024
(“OJK Decree”).
4. Dampak kejadian informasi Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan OJK tersebut,
atau fakta material tersebut Perseroan wajib untuk:
terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi a. Membatalkan pengangkatan Bpk. Dedi
keuangan, atau Setiawan dalam jangka waktu paling lama 3

bulan setelah tanggal surat Keputusan OJK.
