Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan bersama ini menyampaikan penundaan
penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan
untuk periode yang berakhir 31 Maret 2024 ("Laporan
Keuangan TW-1").
Hal ini sehubungan dengan aksi korporasi yang sedang
dilaksanakan Perseroan, yaitu penerbitan surat utang dalam
jumlah US$350.000.000 (tiga ratus lima puluh juta Dolar
Amerika Serikat) dengan tingkat bunga sebesar 8,75% per
tahun, di luar wilayah Republik Indonesia dengan merujuk
pada ketentuan Rule 144A dan Regulation S dari US
Securities Act of 1933, sebagaimana diubah, yang akan jatuh
tempo pada tahun 2029 dan dicatatkan di Singapore
Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("Penerbitan Surat
Utang"), sebagaimana yang telah disampaikan dalam
Keterbukaan Informasi No.034/IE/CSL/LET/IV/2024 tanggal 25
April 2024.
Selanjutnya, Perseroan akan menyampaikan Laporan
Keuangan TW-1 setelah usainya pelaksanaan Penerbitan
Surat Utang.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi ini tidak berdampak material terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan dan kelangsungan

The Postponement of the Submission of the Company's
Type of Material Information or Facts Consolidated Financial Report for the Period Ended 31 March
2024
Description of Material Information or The Company hereby announces the postponement of the
Facts submission of the Company's Consolidated Financial Report
for the period ended 31 March 2024 ("Q1 Financial Report").
This is in connection with the corporate action being carried
out by the Company, namely the issuance of the notes in the
amount of US$350,000,000 (three hundred and fifty million
United States Dollar) with the interest rate of 8.75% per
annum, outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia under
the framework of Rule 144A and Regulation S of the US
Securities Act of 1933, as amended, due 2029 and listed in
Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("Notes
Issuance"), as stated in Information Disclosure
No.034/IE/CSL/LET/IV/2024 dated 25 April 2024.
Furthermore, the Company will submit the Q1 Financial Report
after completion of the Notes Issuance.
