Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan pembagian saham bonus
Perseroan berdasarkan keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan tanggal 8 April 2026, bersama
ini Perseroan menyampaikan penjelasan terkait adanya
perbedaan jumlah saham bonus yang direalisasikan
dibandingkan dengan jumlah saham bonus yang sebelumnya
disetujui dalam RUPSLB.
Perbedaan tersebut terjadi karena adanya pembulatan ke
bawah (round down) dalam proses distribusi saham bonus
pada masing-masing sub rekening efek pemegang saham
sesuai mekanisme pelaksanaan di pasar modal. Dengan
demikian, terdapat selisih jumlah saham bonus yang tidak
dapat didistribusikan akibat pembulatan dimaksud.

Explanation on the Difference in the Number of Bonus Shares

Description of Material Information or In connection with the implementation of the Company bonus
Facts share distribution based on the resolution of the Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders held on 8 April 2026, the
Company hereby provides an explanation regarding the
difference between the number of bonus shares realized and
the number of bonus shares previously approved at the
EGMS.
The difference arose due to the round down mechanism
applied in the distribution process of bonus shares in each
shareholders securities sub-account in accordance with the
prevailing capital market settlement mechanism. Accordingly,
there is a discrepancy in the number of bonus shares that
could not be distributed as a result of such rounding
adjustment.
