Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2026, Direksi Perseroan telah
memutuskan untuk tidak melanjutkan penghimpunan dana dari
sisa plafon PUB Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan III Samator Indo
Gas Tahun 2023.
Adapun rincian informasi mengenai PUB Sukuk Ijarah
Berkelanjutan III Samator Indo Gas Tahun 2023 yang telah
diterbitkan adalah sebagai berikut:
a. Target dana dari PUB Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan III
Samator Indo Gas Tahun 2023 adalah sebesar
Rp1.250.000.000.000 (satu triliun dua ratus lima puluh milyar
Rupiah).
b. Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan telah menghimpun dana
sebesar Rp70.000.000.000 (tujuh puluh milyar Rupiah) dari
Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan III Samator Indo Gas Tahap I
Tahun 2023 Seri A dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan III Samator
Indo Gas Tahap I Tahun 2023 Seri B.
c. Sisa plafon yang belum dihimpun dari PUB Sukuk Ijarah
Berkelanjutan III Samator Indo Gas Tahun 2023 adalah
sebesar Rp1.180.000.000.000 (satu triliun seratus delapan
puluh milyar Rupiah) dengan masa berlaku sampai dengan 28
September 2025.
Keputusan ini dilakukan dengan pertimbangan bahwa pada
tahun ini Perseroan berencana untuk memanfaatkan fasilitas
pinjaman sindikasi yang masih tersedia. Fasilitas pinjaman
sindikasi tersebut sudah mencukupi kebutuhan Perseroan
untuk melakukan ekspansi bisnis dan menjaga kecukupan
likuiditas Perseroan saat ini.

Description of Material Information or On August 28, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company
Facts decided not to proceed with raising funds from the remaining
ceiling of the Samator Indo Gas Phase III Shelf-Registration
Sukuk Ijarah 2023.
The details regarding the issued Samator Indo Gas Phase III
Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah 2023 are as follows:
a. The targeted amount from the Samator Indo Gas Phase III
Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah 2023 was IDR
1,250,000,000,000 (one trillion two hundred fifty billion
Rupiah).
b. To date, the Company has raised IDR 70,000,000,000
(seventy billion Rupiah) from the Samator Indo Gas Phase III
Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah Tranche I 2023 Series A and
Series B.
c. The remaining unraised ceiling from the Samator Indo Gas
Phase III Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah 2023 stands at IDR
1,180,000,000,000 (one trillion one hundred eighty billion
Rupiah), with an expiration date of September 28, 2025.
This decision was made taking into consideration that the
Company plans to utilize its available syndicated loan facility
this year. The syndicated loan facility is sufficient to meet the
Company's needs for business expansion and to maintain its
current liquidity levels.
