Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk kepada ketentuan POJK No. 14/2019, dengan ini
kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan berencana untuk
melakukan PMTHMETD dalam rangka memperoleh tambahan
dana Perseroan, untuk memperkuat struktur permodalan
Perseroan sebanyak 640.000.000 (enam ratus empat puluh
juta) saham Perseroan, atau sebesar 7,37% (tujuh koma tiga
tujuh persen) dari jumlah seluruh saham yang telah
ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dalam Perseroan. Harga
Pelaksanaan saham PMTHMETD adalah sebesar Rp500 (lima
ratus rupiah). Informasi lebih lengkap dapat dilihat pada
lampiran.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta PMTHMETD akan memberikan dampak positif bagi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan, dengan meningkatkan jumlah Aset Lancar yakni
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Kas dan setara kas, Total Aset serta Total Ekuitas.

Type of Material Information or Facts Proposed Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights
(PMTHMETD)
Description of Material Information or Pursuant to the provisions of POJK No. 14/2019, we hereby
Facts announce that the Company plans to conduct a Private
Placement (PMTHMETD), specifically, the issuance of new
shares without preemptive rights, to raise additional funds and
strengthen the Company's capital structure. This issuance
involves 640,000,000 (six hundred forty million) shares,
representing 7.37% (seven point three seven percent) of the
Company total issued and fully paid-up shares. The execution
price for these shares is set at Rp500 (five hundred rupiah).
