Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas Putusan Penolakan PKPU tersebut, tidak terdapat
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan maupun kegiatan operasional Perseroan. sehingga
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan tetap dapat menjalankan
Perusahaan Publik kegiatan usaha sebagaimana biasa. Selain itu, tidak terjadi
kondisi pelanggaran (default) atas
perjanjian pembiayaan seperti Obligasi, Sukuk, maupun
fasilitas kredit lainnya.

or Facts related to
the Application for Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations
(PKPU) that has been decided by the
Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court and
addressed to the Company, as attached.
Impact of event, material information or The decision to reject the PKPU application has not had a
facts towards Issuers or Public significant impact on the Company financial performance or
Company’s operational activities, legal, operational activities. Consequently, the Company is able to
financial condition, or going concern continue conducting its business as usual. Furthermore, there
has been no default on financing agreements such as bonds,
sukuk, or other credit facilities
