                                              Disclosure of Information: Involvement of the Company's
 Type of Material Information or Facts        Portfolio Company in the Development of a Terminal
                                              Operating System for a Vehicle Export and Import Facility
 Description of Material Information or       PT Wira Global Solusi Tbk (the
 Facts                                        Company or WGSH) hereby
                                              announces that one of the Companys
                                              portfolio companies, PT Ayo Kreasi
                                              Teknologi (AKSI), in which the Company
                                              holds a 20% equity interest, has secured a
                                              project for the development of a Terminal
                                              Operating System (TOS) for a vehicle
                                              export and import facility located at a
                                              seaport in West Java.
                                              Under the project, AKSIs proprietary
                                              Terminal Operating System software will
                                              serve as the core technology of the
                                              solution provided. The system is designed
                                              to support the digitalization and
                                              integration of vehicle terminal
                                              operations, including vehicle
                                              management and tracking, terminal
                                              activities, operational reporting,
                                              document management, and integration
                                              with relevant external systems.
                                              The project represents a form of
                                              commercialization of AKSIs copyrighted
                                              software assets. Its implementation also
                                              provides AKSI with an opportunity to
                                              further establish its track record and
                                              reputation in delivering industry-specific
                                              technology solutions for the port sector.
