3. Uraian Informasi PT Wira Global Solusi Tbk (“Perseroan”
atau “WGSH”) menyampaikan bahwa
salah satu perusahaan portofolio
Perseroan, PT Ayo Kreasi Teknologi
(“AKSI”), di mana Perseroan memiliki
kepemilikan saham sebesar 20%, telah
memenangkan sebuah proyek
pengembangan Terminal Operating
System (TOS) untuk fasilitas ekspor dan
impor kendaraan yang berlokasi di salah
satu pelabuhan di Jawa Barat.
Dalam proyek tersebut, perangkat lunak
milik AKSI yaitu Terminal Operating
System menjadi inti dari solusi yang
disediakan. Sistem tersebut dirancang
untuk mendukung digitalisasi dan
integrasi proses operasional terminal
kendaraan, termasuk pengelolaan dan
pelacakan kendaraan, aktivitas terminal,
pelaporan operasional, pengelolaan
dokumen, serta integrasi dengan sistem
eksternal yang relevan.
Proyek ini merupakan salah satu bentuk
komersialisasi hak cipta aktiva perangkat
lunak yang dimiliki. Implementasi

tersebut juga memberikan kesempatan
bagi AKSI untuk menancapkan reputasi
penerapan teknologi khusus industri
pelabuhan.
Description of Information PT Wira Global Solusi Tbk (the
“Company” or “WGSH”) hereby
announces that one of the Company’s
portfolio companies, PT Ayo Kreasi
Teknologi (“AKSI”), in which the Company
holds a 20% equity interest, has secured a
project for the development of a Terminal
Operating System (TOS) for a vehicle
export and import facility located at a
seaport in West Java.
Under the project, AKSI’s proprietary
Terminal Operating System software will
serve as the core technology of the
solution provided. The system is designed
to support the digitalization and
integration of vehicle terminal
operations, including vehicle
management and tracking, terminal
activities, operational reporting,
document management, and integration
with relevant external systems.
The project represents a form of
commercialization of AKSI’s copyrighted
software assets. Its implementation also
provides AKSI with an opportunity to
further establish its track record and
reputation in delivering industry-specific
technology solutions for the port sector.

4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Keterlibatan AKSI dalam proyek tersebut
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan diharapkan memberikan dampak positif
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, terhadap pengembangan dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau komersialisasi portofolio teknologi
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan serta memperdalam rekam
jejak implementasi pada industri
pelabuhan.
AKSI juga memiliki kewajiban keuangan
kepada Perseroan. Sehubungan dengan
hal tersebut, sebagian penerimaan yang
diperoleh AKSI dari keterlibatannya
dalam proyek ini direncanakan untuk
digunakan dalam mempercepat
pelunasan piutang Perseroan terhadap
AKSI.

or Business Continuity of the Issuer or the Company’s technology portfolio,

record in implementing technology
solutions within the port industry.
AKSI also has financial obligations to the
Company. In this regard, a portion of the
proceeds received by AKSI from its
involvement in the project is intended to
be used to accelerate the settlement of
the Company’s receivables from AKSI.
