Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menerima Putusan Arbitrase No. 246358 atas
gugatan arbitrase oleh Gunvor Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Gunvor)
terhadap Perseroan pada The London Court of International
Arbitration (Putusan Arbitrase).
Pada tanggal 26 Agustus 2026, Perseroan memperoleh
informasi bahwa tribunal telah mengeluarkan Putusan
Arbitrase yang bersifat parsial.
Perseroan diminta untuk membayar kompensasi kepada
Gunvor atas sengketa hukum yang terjadi.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Saat ini, Perseroan sedang melakukan penelaahan secara
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan menyeluruh atas Putusan Arbitrase yang masih bersifat
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, parsial, termasuk implikasinya bagi Perseroan. Putusan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Arbitrase tersebut memerlukan proses eksekusi melalui
Perusahaan Publik pengadilan negeri di Indonesia sesuai dengan ketentuan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Manajemen
Perseroan melakukan upaya terbaik dalam menangani
perkara tersebut dan mengambil langkah-langkah upaya
hukum lebih lanjut yang dipandang perlu dan tepat dengan
memperhatikan kepentingan terbaik Perseroan dan prinsip
tata kelola perusahaan yang baik.

Description of Material Information or The Company has received Arbitral Award No. 246358 in
Facts connection with the arbitration claim filed by Gunvor Singapore
Pte. Ltd. (Gunvor) against the Company at the London Court
of International Arbitration (Arbitral Award).
On August 26th 2026, the Company was informed that the
tribunal had issued a partial abitration award.
The Company was requested to pay compensation to Gunvor
for the legal dispute that occurred.
Impact of event, material information or The Company is currently conducting a comprehensive
facts towards Issuers or Public assessment of the Arbitral Award, which remains partial in
Company’s operational activities, legal, nature, including its implications for the Company. The Arbitral
financial condition, or going concern Award is subject to enforcement proceedings
before a district court in Indonesia in accordance with
applicable laws and regulations. The Companys management
will exert its best efforts in handling the matter and take such
steps as are deemed necessary, appropriate, and permissible
under the laws and regulations of Indonesia, with due regard
for the best interests of the Company and the principles of
good corporate governance.
