Perseroan senantiasa mengkaji dan
mempertimbangkan berbagai rencana kegiatan
korporasi yang sejalan dengan strateginya.
Namun demikian, hingga tanggal surat ini dan
sepanjang pengetahuan Perseroan, Perseroan
tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
tindakan korporasi yang dapat mempengaruhi
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa Efek,
kecuali tindakan yang telah diungkapkan melalui
Keterbukaan Informasi dan/atau yang telah
disetujui oleh Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham

considers various corporate activity plans that
are aligned with its strategy. Nevertheless, as of
the date of this letter and to the best of the
Company's knowledge, the Company has no plan
to undertake any corporate actions in the near
future, including any corporate action that may

Stock Exchange, except those that have been
disclosed through the Disclosure of Information
and/or those that have been approved by the
