Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PANI membukukan pendapatan di kuartal pertama sebesar
Rp640 miliar berkat diakuinya penjualan rumah tapak,
ruko/rukan dan kavling tanah komersial yang telah diserahkan
kepada pembeli yang tepat berlokasi di PIK2. Ditinjau
pencapaian laba kotor, PANI mencatat sebesar Rp371 miliar
sehingga laba bersih yang dapat diatribusikan kepada entitas
induk tercatat sebesar Rp122 miliar dan ini merupakan
prestasi di awal tahun 2024 yang diharapkan dapat menjadi
fondasi yang baik untuk kuartal berikutnya.

Facts billion as blessing from residential, shophouse/shop-office and
commercial land lot sold in PIK2 were hand overed to buyers.
analyzing from achieved gross profit, PANI booked IDR371
billion and as result net profit attributable to parent company
recorded at IDR122 billion and this was an achievement at the
beginning of 2024 could be expected as good foundation for
the next quarters.
