                            ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS
                          PT CAHAYASAKTI INVESTINDO SUKSES TBK.


The Board of Directors of PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses Tbk. (the “Company”) hereby announced
to its the Shareholders of the Company, that the Company will hold the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for Public Company (the
“Meeting”) in Bogor on Thursday, 6 June 2024.

In compliance with the Company's Articles of Association and the Regulation of the Financial
Services Authority ("POJK") Number 15/POJK.04/2020 on the Planning and Implementation of the
General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies, the Invitation of the Meeting as well as the
supporting materials of the Meeting will be announced and can be accessed on Wednesday, 15 May
2024, through Company's website (www.csis.co.id), the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)’s and e-
GMS provider website (eASY.KSEI).

Shareholders who are entitled to attend or be represented and vote in the Meeting are Shareholders
whose names are recorded in the Company's Register of Shareholders on Tuesday, 14 May 2024
until 4 p.m. Western Indonesian Time.

Every proposal from the Shareholders of the Company will be included in the agenda for the
Meeting to provided that it complies with the provisions of the Company’s Article of Association and
Article 16 of POJK Number 15/POJK.04/2020 and submitted to the Board of Directors of the
Company no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the Meeting Invitation, namely on Wednesday, 8 May
2024.

The Company strongly suggest that the Shareholders authorize a proxy electronically ("e-Proxy")
through the application of Electronic General Meeting System (eASY.KSEI) provided by KSEI
(https://easy.ksei.co.id). The e-Proxy facility can be made available to Shareholders who are entitled
to attend the Meeting from the date of the Meeting Invitation to 1 (one) working day before the
Meeting date.
