Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan Salinan Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta
Pusat yang diterima Perseroan tanggal 27 Agustus 2026,
Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat menetapkan
putusan sidang dengan nomor perkara 204/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2026/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. sebagai berikut:
MENGADILI:
1. Menolak permohonan PKPU yang diajukan oleh Pemohon
PKPU tersebut;
2. Membebankan biaya perkara kepada Pemohon PKPU yang
sampai saat ini diperhitungkan sejumlah Rp6.376.000,00
(enam juta tiga ratus tujuh puluh enam ribu rupiah);
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Putusan sidang di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat tersebut

Description of Material Information or Based on the Copy of the Decision of the Central Jakarta
Facts District Court received by the Company on August 27, 2026,
the Panel of Judges of the Central Jakarta District Court
issued its decision in Case No. 204/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2026/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst., as follows:
HEREBY ADJUDGES:
1. To reject the application for Suspension of Debt Payment
Obligations (PKPU) filed by the PKPU Applicant;
2. To impose the court costs on the PKPU Applicant, which as
of the date hereof are calculated at Rp6,376,000.00 (six million
three hundred seventy-six thousand rupiah).
