regarding Submission of Periodic Financial Reports of Issuers or Public Companies and the Decree of
the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Number Kep-00066/BE1/09-2022 dated 30
September 2022- Regulation Number I-E regarding Obligations for Submitting Information, as well as
taking into account the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 7/POJK.04/2018
regarding Report Submission Through the Electronic Reporting System of Issuers or Public Companies,
we hereby submit the Interim Financial Statements Ending on 31 March 2024 of PT KDB Tifa Finance
