Penerima Manfaat: Merujuk Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I-E mewajibkan Perseroan menyampaikan
informasi mengenai nama penerima manfaat akhir (ultimate beneficial ownership) dan ketentuan mengenai pemilik
manfaat sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia No. 13 Tahun 2018 ( Perpres ) dan
peraturan pelaksananya, bahwa: (a) tidak terdapat individu yang memenuhi kriteria pemilik manfaat Perseroan
sebagaimana diatur dalam Perpres, berdasarkan informasi yang ada pada Perseroan dan (b) namun demikian,

perpajakan), maka pemilik manfaat Perseroan adalah John Witt dalam kedudukannya sebagai Group Managing
Director Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited ( Jardine Matheson ), dimana Jardine Matheson mengendalikan
Perseroan secara tidak langsung melalui kepemilikan saham JMH INVESTMENTS LIMITED, Mulgrave Corporation
B.V. ("Mulgrave") dan The Dairy Farm Company Limited ("DFCL") serta melalui beberapa entitas perantara
sebagaimana diuraikan dalam Struktur Perseroan sebagaimana yang Perseroan sajikan dalam Laporan Tahunan
Perseroan 2025 pada halaman 75, https://dfinusantara.co.id/id/keberlanjutan/laporan/. Sebagaimana dimaksud
pada Pasal 4 ayat (1) butir g Perpres, yakni Jardine Matheson merupakan pemilik sebenarnya dari dana atas
kepemilikan saham Perseroan.

Beneficial Owner: Referring to Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation Number I-E requires the Company to submit
information regarding the name of the ultimate beneficial ownership and the provision on the beneficial owner as
stipulated in Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 Year 2018 ("Presidential Regulation")
and its implementing regulation, whereas: (a) there are no individuals who meet the criteria for the beneficial owner
of the Company as stipulated in the Presidential Regulation, based on the information available to the Company
and (b) however, solely to comply to the provisions of Article 3 paragraph (1) of the Presidential Regulation (not for
other purposes, including taxation), the beneficial owner of the Company is John Witt in his position as Group
