Volume transaksi tercatat sebesar 492.500 saham dengan frekuensi 430 kali, meningkat dibandingkan dengan hari bursa sebelumnya yang tercatat sebesar 102.100 saham dengan frekuensi 69 kali. 2. Harga saham ditutup menguat sebesar Rp20 atau 2,889o, dari harga penutupan hari bursa sebelumnya sebesar Rp695 menjadi Rp715. dengan ini kami sampaikan penjelasan sebagai berikut: 1. Head Company Valuation 2 Subject : Reguest for Clarification on the Volatility of Securities Transactions Respectfully, Referring to the email from PT Bursa Efek Indonesia dated 4 May 2026 No. S-05198/BEI.PP2/05-2026 regarding the Reguest for Explanation on the Volatility of Securities Transactions, wherein on 30 April 2026 there was an increase in the trading activity and share price of PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk (LPGI), with the following details: 1. The trading volume was recorded at 492,500 shares with a trading freguency of 430 transactions, representing an increase compared to the previous trading day which recorded 102,100 shares with a freguency of 69 transactions. 2. The share price closed higher by Rp20 or 2.884, from the previous closing price of Rp695 to Rp715. We hereby provide the following explanation: 1. Tanggapan: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan — Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. . Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? Tanggapan: Perseroan sampai saat ini belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi yang dapat berdampak terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa dalam jangka waktu paling tidak 3 (tiga) bulan ke depan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Tanggapan: Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan belum menerima informasi atau pemberitahuan apapun dari pemegang saham utama terkait rencana atas kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Namun demikian, apabila di kemudian hari terdapat rencana dimaksud sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan, Perseroan akan segera menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
