The Company has announced its intent
to carry out Ouasi Reorganization to
offset its retained earnings by share
premium on books, which may allow the
Company to distribute cash dividends
to the shareholders.

However, this is still subject to approval

Tidak ada perubahan — kepemilikan

saham di Perseroan oleh pemegang

- saham utama sejak November 2022 dan
tidak ada indikasi rencanafniat yang
disampaikan kepada Perseoran untuk
melakukan hal tersebut di masa
mendatang.
