kami menyampaikan bahwa Laporan Keuangan Interim Perseroan untuk periode yang berakhir tanggal 31 Maret 2024
sedang dalam proses audit yang dilakukan oleh KAP Mirawati Sensi Idris. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan
akan menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan dimaksud kepada PT Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, yaitu selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 30 Juni 2024.

According to Indonesia Stock Exchange regulation No. 1-E Concerning The Obligation of Information Submission PT
Smartfren Telecom Tbk will submit First Quarter Financial Statement for the 2024 fiscal year, which will be Audited by
Public Accountant.

Referring to IDX Regulation No. I-E Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 regarding Obligation of Information Submission, provision
no. III.1.1.5 regarding time limit for submission of Interim Financial Statement, herewith we inform that the Company's
Interim Financial Statement for the period ended March 31, 2024 is undergoing audit by Public Accountant Office
Mirawati Sensi Idris. In regards of that matter, the Company shall submit the Financial Statement to IDX and OJK in
accordance to the regulation, which is at the latest by June 30, 2024.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
