Anugerah Bersama 2219 dan Anugerah Bersama 219 , oleh
PT Humpuss Transportasi Curah, unit usaha Perseroan.
Jenis asset adalah 2 (dua) unit kapal tug boat. Nilai perolehan
atas 2 (dua) unit Kapal adalah sebesar Rp23.450.000.000,00
(dua puluh tiga miliar empat ratus lima puluh juta rupiah).
Penjual dari Kapal tersebut adalah PT Pelayaran Anugerah
Wijaya Bersaudara, sebuah perusahaan yang didirikan
berdasarkan hukum negara Republik Indonesia dan
berdomisili di Kota Samarinda, bukan merupakan afiliasi dari
Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembelian Kapal dilakukan untuk pengembangan usaha anak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan perusahaan Perseroan.

Facts Anugerah Wijaya Bersaudara, in the form of 1 unit of tug boat
named Anugerah Bersama 2219 and Anugerah Bersama 219,
by PT Humpuss Transportasi Curah, a business unit of the
Company.
Type of asset is 2 (two) unit tug boat vessel. The acquisition
value of 2 (two) unit of the Vessel is Rp23.450.000.000,00
(twenty-three billion four hundred and fifty million rupiahs).
The seller of the Vessel is PT Pelayaran Anugerah Wijaya
Bersaudara, a company incorporated under the laws of
Republic of Indonesia and domiciled in Samarinda City, which
is not affiliated of the Company.
Impact of event, material information or Purchase of Vessel is carried out for the development of the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's subsidiaries.
