The acguisition value of 2 (two) unit of the Vessel
is Rp23.450.000.000,00 (twenty-three billion
four hundred and fifty million rupiahs):

3. Sumber pendanaan untuk pembelian Kapal yaitu
sebesar 10096 (seratus persen) berasal dari
keuangan internal.

The source of funding for the purchase of the
Vessel is 10046 (one hundred percent) from
internal financing.

4. Penjual dari Kapal tersebut adalah PT Pelayaran

Anugerah Wijaya Bersaudara, — sebuah
perusahaan yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum
negara Republik Indonesia dan berdomisili di
Kota Samarinda, bukan merupakan afiliasi dari
Perseroan,

Eguity value (based on the value stated in the
Company's Audited Financial Statements for the
2023 financial year):
