Panjaitan Kepala Divisi PP3 Perihal : Jawaban atas permintaan penjelasan atas volatilitas transaksi efek Dengan hormat, Terkait dengan email surat IDX S-03880/BEI.PP3/04-2024 tertanggal 24 April 2024, perihal Volatilitas Transaksi diinfokan bahwa pada periode 19 sampai dengan 22 April 2024 telah terjadi penurunan harga dan peningkatan aktivitas saham PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk. (INOV) sebagai berikut: 1. Harga ditutup menurun secara kumulatif sebesar Rp-30 atau -22,5696 dari harga penutupan hari bursa tanggal 18 April 2024 pada Rp133 menjadi Rp103. 2. Rata-rata aktivitas meningkat menjadi sebanyak 450.850 saham dengan frekuensi 132 kali dibandingkan hari bursa tanggal 18 April 2024 sebanyak 16.300 saham dengan frekuensi 10 kali. 3. Pada tanggal 22 April 2024, IHSG menurun sebesar -13,50 poin dan indeks sektoral (Consumer Cyclicals) menurun sebesar -2,55 poin. Berdasarkan aktivitas transaksi efek PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk tersebut di atas, dapat kami memberikan keterangan sekaligus jawaban atas pertanyaan Ibu sebagai berikut : a. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik? (INOV) as follows: 1. The closing price decreased cumulatively by Rp. -30 or -22.564 from the closing price on the trading day on April 18 2024 at Rp. 133 to Rp. 2. Average activity increased to 450,850 shares with a freguency of 132 times compared to the stock exchange day of April 18 2024 of 16,300 shares with a freguency of 10 times. 3. On April 22 2024, the JCI decreased by -13.50 points and the sectoral index (Consumer Cyclicals) decreased by -2.55 points.
