Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Jumlah pit yang terdampak oleh karena bencana banjir dan
tanah longsor tersebut.
Terdapat 1 (satu) pit yang dimiliki bersama oleh Entitas Anak
Perseroan PT Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) dan PT
Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) yang terdampak oleh
karena bencana banjir dan tanah longsor.
2. Jumlah pit yang dimiliki oleh Perseroan yang masih
beroperasi.
Perseroan melalui Entitas Anak total memiliki 4 (empat) pit. 3
(tiga) pit dalam tahap operasi produksi tidak terdampak
bencana dan 1 (satu) pit terdampak bencana.
3. Persentase kontribusi pendapatan dari pit yang terdampak
banjir tersebut terhadap total pendapatan Perseroan per 31
Desember 2023.
Kontribusi pendapatan dari pit yang terdampak pada tahun
2023 kurang lebih sebesar 40%.
4. Target waktu pit tersebut dapat beroperasi kembali.
Saat ini Perseroan sedang memperhitungkan semua aspek
yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap remediasi atas pit
terdampak bencana. Kompleksitas dari perhitungan tersebut
karena Perseroan harus merevisi rencana pertambangan dan
melakukan re alokasi utilisasi alat berat pertambangan.
Informasi secara detil akan disampaikan Perseroan pada saat
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham yang akan dilakukan paling
lambat pada tanggal 28 Juni 2024.
5. Perseroan menyatakan bahwa kejadian tersebut berpotensi
menghambat arus kas Perseroan selama proses perbaikan,
seberapa besar dampaknya terhadap arus kas Perseroan?
Sebagaimana pertanyaan no. 4, informasi secara detil akan
disampaikan Perseroan pada saat Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham yang akan dilakukan paling lambat pada tanggal 28
Juni 2024.
Sebagai referensi awal, arus kas akan dipengaruhi langsung
dengan jumlah produksi. Namun demikian, peningkatan harga
emas kurang lebih tiga belas persen (LBMA PM 2 Jan 2024
US Dollar 2,068 vs. LBMA PM 22 Apr 2024 US Dollar 2,335)
memberikan dampak positif terhadap arus kas Perusahaan.
6. Fakta dan atau informasi lainnya yang belum disampaikan
kepada publik.
Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi,
fakta, atau kejadian penting lainnya yang belum diungkapkan
kepada publik.
Apabila terdapat informasi atau fakta material yang perlu
diungkapkan kepada publik, Perseroan akan senantiasa
mematuhi kewajiban penyampaian informasi terkait informasi
atau fakta material sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31 POJK.04 2015 tentang
Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik dan Peraturan IE.

Description of Material Information or 1. The number of pits affected by the floods and landslides.
Facts There is 1 (one) pit owned together by the Company
subsidiaries, PT Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT
Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) which was affected by the
flood and landslide.
2. Number of pits owned by the Company that are still
operating.
The Company through subsidiaries has 4 (four) pits. 3 (three)
pit in the production operation stage which are not impacted by
the disaster and 1 (one) pit which is impacted by the disaster.
3. Percentage contribution of income from pits affected by the
flood to the Companys total income as of 31 December 2023.
In 2023 Revenue contribution from the affected pit was around
40 persen.
4. The target time for the pit to operating again.
The Company is currently calculating all aspects which will
affect the remediation on the affected pit due to disaster.
Complexity of the calculation is mainly due to the Company
has to revise the mining plan and reallocate the utilization of
the mining heavy equipment.
Detail information will be conveyed by the Company at the
General Shareholder Meeting which will be held by 28 June
2024 at the latest.
5. The Company states that this incident has the potential to
hamper the Companys cash flow during the repair process.
How big is the impact on the Company's cash flow?
As per question no. 4, detail information will be conveyed by
the Company at the General Shareholder Meeting which will
be held by 28 June 2024 at the latest.
As initial reference, cash flows is directly impacted by the
production. However, increasing the gold price of plus minus
13 persen (thirteen percent) (LBMA PM 2 Jan 2024 US Dollar
2,068 vs. LBMA PM 22 Apr 2024 US Dollar 2,335) give
positive impact to the Company cash flows.
6. Facts and or other information that have not been disclosed
to the public.
As of now, The Company did not have any information, facts,
or other important events that have not been disclosed to the
public.
