memenuhi kewajiban Public Expose Tahunan.

Pada 30 Maret 2024, Perseroan telah menyampaian Informasi Pemenuhan Kewajiban Public Expose Tahunan ini
melalui SPE-IDXnet dengan Form E019 nomor surat 010/APLN/III/2024, dikarenakan pada saat tersebut terdapat
kendala dalam penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan 2023 Auditan Perseroan melalui sistem pelaporan keuangan
berbasis XBRL, sebagaimana penyampaian pemberitahuan melalui surel dari BEI pada Sabtu, 30 Maret 2024 pukul
13:28 WIB.

Based on the I-E Exchange Regulation, the Company submits the Public Expose material in accordance with the
Annual Audited Financial Statements on 31 Desember 2023 which has been submitted via 009/APLN/III/2024-XBRL
dated 2024-04-22 regarding Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan. In this regard, the Company has fulfilled the
obligations of the Annual Public Expose.
Other Information:
On March 30, 2024, the Company submitted Information on the Fulfillment of its Annual Public Expose Obligations
through SPE-IDXnet with Form E019 letter number 010/APLN/III/2024, due to at that time there were obstacles in
submitting the Company's 2023 Audited Annual Financial Statements via the XBRL-based financial reporting system, as
e-mail notification from IDX on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 13:28 WIB.
