Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menerbitkan Prospektus PMHMETD V pada
tanggal 19 April 2024. Berdasarkan Prospektus jumlah
HMETD yang akan diterbitkan adalah sebanyak-banyaknya
171.458.978.293 HMETD dengan asumsi bahwa seluruh
pemegang Waran Seri III Perseroan akan melaksanakan
seluruh Waran Seri III yang dimilikinya sebelum tanggal DPS
yang berhak memperoleh HMETD yaitu tanggal 18 April 2024.
Per tanggal 18 April 2024 masih terdapat Waran Seri III yang
belum dilaksanakan oleh pemegang Waran Seri III sebanyak
71.540.925.068 waran. Dengan demikian jumlah saham yang
berhak atas HMETD adalah sebesar 335.388.383.414 lembar
saham sehingga jumlah HMETD yang diterbitkan adalah
141.315.330.090 HMETD.

Description of Material Information or The Company has issued Rights Issue V Prospectus on April
Facts 19, 2024. Based on the Prospectus the number of Rights to be
issued is at maximum 171,458,978,293 Rights assuming that
all the holders of the Company Series III Warrant will exercise
all the Series III Warrants that they own before the Recording
Date on April 18, 2024.
As of April 18, 2024, 71,540,925,068 Warrant Series III
remains unexercised. As such, the number of shares eligible
for the Rights amounted to 335,388,383,414 shares, and the
number of Rights issued is 141,315,330,090 Rights.
