Dan merefer pada Surat Edaran Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 16/SEOJK.04/2021 tentang bentuk dan isi Laporan Tahunan Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik dimana Laporan Keberlanjutan (Sustainability Report) merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari Laporan Tahunan namun dapat disajikan secara terpisah dengan Laporan Tahunan. Merujuk pada ketentuan tersebut maka bersama ini kami sampaikan : Laporan Keberlanjutan (Sustainability Report) untuk tahun buku 2023 dalam salinan elektronik (softcopy) sebagaimana terlampir dan disampaikan dalam Pelaporan Online SPE-OJK & IDX-NET. Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 With due respect, In accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation, POJK Number 29/POJK.04/2016 concerning Annual Reports of Issuers or Public Companies, Article 7 paragraph 1 states that Issuers or Public Companies must submit Annual Reports to the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia Stock Exchange no laterthan the end of the 4th month (four) after the financial year ends. And referring to the Circular Letter of the Financial Services Authority Number 16/SEOJK.04/2021 concerning the form and contents of the Annual Report of Issuers or Public Companies where the Sustainability Report is an inseparable part of the Annual Report, but it may be presented separately from the Annual Report. Referring to the subject above, we hereby submit: Sustainability Report for the financial year 2023 in electronic copy (softcopy) as attached and submitted in SPE-OJK & IDX-NET Online Reporting.
