Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material    1. Penandatangan Perjanjian Perubahan
                                        No.279/AMD/MZH/0424 tertanggal 5 April 2024 antara
                                        Perseroan, Protelindo, Iforte dan KIN masing-masing sebagai
                                        Penerima Pinjaman dengan Mizuho sebagai Pemberi
                                        Pinjaman (Perjanjian Fasilitas Mizuho)
                                        Perseroan, Protelindo, Iforte dan KIN telah setuju untuk
                                        bertanggung jawab secara tanggung renteng terhadap
                                        pelaksanaan seluruh kewajiban berdasarkan Perjanjian
                                        Fasilitas Mizuho.

                                        2. Perseroan dan Protelindo telah memberikan jaminan
                                        perusahaan untuk menjamin pelaksanaan kewajiban
                                        Perseroan, Protelindo, Iforte dan KIN sehubungan dengan
                                        Perjanjian Fasilitas Mizuho (Perjanjian Penanggungan).

                                        Perjanjian Fasilitas Mizuho dan Perjanjian Penanggungan
                                        secara bersama-sama disebut sebagai Transaksi.

                                        Berdasarkan Perjanjian Mizuho, para pihak telah sepakat
                                        untuk memperpanjang tanggal jatuh tempo akhir sampai
                                        dengan 14 April 2025.

                                        1. Penandatanganan Transaksi merupakan transaksi afiliasi
                                        sebagaimana dimaksud dalam :
                                        (i) Pasal 6 ayat (1) huruf b angka 2 Peraturan OJK No. 42
                                        Tahun 2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan
                                        Kepentingan (POJK 42), yaitu transaksi sesama Perusahaan
                                        Terkendali yang sahamnya dimiliki paling sedikit 99%
                                        (sembilan puluh sembilan persen) oleh Perusahaan Terbuka;
                                        dan
                                        (ii) Pasal 6 ayat (1) huruf (e) POJK 42, yaitu transaksi
                                        pemberian jaminan kepada bank atas pinjaman yang diterima
                                        secara langsung oleh Perusahaan Terbuka atau Perusahaan
                                        Terkendali

                                        2. Penandatanganan Transaksi di atas bukan merupakan
                                        transaksi benturan kepentingan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam
                                        POJK 42 dan bukan merupakan transaksi material
                                        sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan OJK
                                        No.17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan
                                        Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta   Pelaksanaan atas Transaksi tersebut tidak memiliki dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan     material yang merugikan terhadap kegiatan operasional,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,   hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha

                                              Signing of the Amendment to the Facility Agreement between

                                              Indonesia
 Description of Material Information or       1. Execution of Amendment Agreement No.
 Facts                                        279/AMD/MZH/0424 between the Company, Protelindo, Iforte
                                              and KIN dated April 5, 2024 with Mizuho (Mizuho Facility
                                              Agreement)
                                              The Company, Protelindo, Iforte and KIN have agreed to be
                                              jointly and severally liable for the performance of all obligations
                                              under the Mizuho Facility Agreement.

                                              2. The Company and Protelindo agrees to provide a corporate
                                              guarantee to guarantee the fulfilment of the Company,
                                              Protelindo, Iforte and KIN obligations under the Mizuho Facility
                                              Agreement (Corporate Guarantee).

                                              Mizuho Facility Agreement and Guarantee Agreement together
                                              will be referred as to Transaction.

                                              Based on Mizuho Agreement, the parties have agreed to
                                              extend the final maturity date to April 14, 2025.
                                              1. The execution of the Transaction is an affiliated transaction
                                              as referred to:
                                              (i) Clause 6 section (1) letter b point (2) of OJK Regulation No.
                                              42 of 2022 regarding the Affiliated Transaction and Conflict of
                                              Interest Transaction (OJK Rule 42), i.e. a transaction between
                                              the subsidiaries whose at least 99% of their shares are owned
                                              by the Public Company; and
                                              (ii) Clause 6 section (1) letter (e) OJK Rule 42, i.e. a security
                                              provided to bank in relation to the loan agreement granted to a
                                              public company or its subsidiaries.

                                              2. The Transaction is not a conflict-of-interest transaction of
                                              the Company as referred to OJK Rule 42 and not a material
                                              transaction as referred to the OJK Regulation No.
                                              17/POJK.04/2020 on Material Transactions and Change of
                                              Business Activities.
