3. | Description of Information or | On 6 -- 7 April 2024, the extreme weather, unusually heavy
Material Fact rain occurs in the North Minahasa Regency ("Minut") and
Bitung City (“Bitung”) North Sulawesi Province for more than
24 hours which caused natural disasters, floods and
landslide at various points. In connection with this incidents,
the Minut Government and the Bitung Government have
declared a Disaster Emergency Response Status starting
7 April 2024.
The extreme weather, unusually heavy rain, also had a direct
impact on the Contract of Work locations for the Company's
Subsidiaries, PT Meares Soputan Mining ("MSM") and PT
Tambang Tondano Nusajaya ("TTN") which resulted in
natural disasters, flooding and landslide in one of MSM and
TTN's pit. Currently, mining activities in the pit have been
temporarily suspended.
Until the date of this Disclosure Information is submitted,
MSM and TTN has informed and coordinated with related
parties to overcome the impact of the damage and take
further necessary actions.
The Company also stated that the incident did not result in
any fatalities or injuries.

h PT Archi Indonesia Tbk. 4. | Impact for such Information or Material Fact towards operational activity, legal, financial condition or business continuity of Issuer or Public Company This incident has potential to delay mining activities in related pit and also the Company's cash flow during the recovery process. This incident has no impact on the other pits owned by MSM and TTN, therefore the production process in other pits can continue to operate normally. 5. | Others The Company will take strategic steps to reduce the impact Of natural disasters such as flood and landslide.
