Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Program Kepemilikan Saham tanggal 2 Maret 2020 dan (ii) Surat
Persetujuan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. S-02249/BEI.PP1/03-2024 tanggal 1 Maret 2024
dengan perihal Persetujuan Pencatatan Efek Program Management and Employee Stock Option
Plan (MESOP) II Tahap II Tahun 2024, dengan ini, kami, PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk (BELI atau
“Perseroan”), menyampaikan laporan hasil pelaksanaan Program MESOP II Tahap II dengan

Referring to the (i) Indonesia Stock Exchange Directors’ Circular Letter No. SE-00002/BEI/03-2020
regarding Procedures on the Implementation of the Share Ownership Program dated 2 March
2020 and (ii) Indonesia Stock Exchange Directors’ Approval Letter No. S-02249/BEI.PP1/03-2024
dated 1 March 2024 regarding the Approval on the Shares Registration of the Management and
Employee Stock Option Plan (MESOP) Program II Phase II Year 2024, hereby, we, PT Global Digital
Niaga Tbk (BELI or the “Company”), submit the report on the exercise of the MESOP Program II
