Uraian informasi atau fakta material/ Description of information or facts material Pada tanggal 5 April 2024, PT Mustika Alam Lestari yang merupakan entitas anak Perseroan telah melakukan penandatangan kontrak perjanjian kerja sama pelayanan jasa bongkar muat peti kemas Area Dermaga 300 beserta Lapangan Penumpukannya di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok dengan PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas. Sifat hubungan para pihak yang melakukan kontrak ini: tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi, dimana PT Mustika Alam Lestari sebagai operator terminal dan PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas sebagai penyedia lahan dermaga pelabuhan. Kerja sama berlaku efektif terhitung sejak tanggal 14 April 2024 sampai dengan tanggal 2 April 2049, atau sampai dengan pengakhiran lebih awal sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diatur dalam perjanjian. On April 5, 2024, PT Mustika Alam Lestari, which is a subsidiary of the Company, has signed a cooperation agreement for stevedoring services for Berth 300 along with its storage yard at Tanjung Priok Port with PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas. The nature of the relationship between the contracting parties: does not have an affiliate relationship, whereby PT Mustika Alam Lestari as the terminal operator and PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas as the provider of yard at the port. The cooperation is effective from April 14, 2024 to April 2, 2049, or until early termination of the agreement in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the agreement.
