Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan kepada para pemegang
saham dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya bahwa terdapat
perubahan jadwal pelaksanaan Public Expose Tahunan
Perseroan.
Semula, Public Expose Tahunan direncanakan untuk
diselenggarakan pada tanggal 8 Mei 2026, namun
berdasarkan pertimbangan internal Perseroan, jadwal tersebut
diubah menjadi 15 Juni 2026.
Perubahan jadwal ini dilakukan sehubungan dengan
penyesuaian waktu penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan (RUPST) Perseroan, sehingga informasi
yang akan disampaikan dalam Public Expose dapat lebih
komprehensif, mutakhir, dan selaras dengan hasil keputusan
RUPST.
Perseroan menegaskan bahwa perubahan jadwal ini tidak
memiliki dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional,
kondisi keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
Demikian informasi ini disampaikan sebagai bentuk kepatuhan
Perseroan terhadap ketentuan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku, khususnya POJK No.
31/POJK.04/2015.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perubahan jadwal pelaksanaan Public Expose Tahunan dari
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tanggal 8 Mei 2026 menjadi 15 Juni 2026 tidak menimbulkan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan, aspek hukum, maupun kelangsungan usaha
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan.

Announcement of Rescheduling of the Annual Public Expose
Type of Material Information or Facts
Description of Material Information or The Company hereby informs its shareholders and other
Facts stakeholders that there has been a change in the schedule for
the Company's Annual Public Expose.
The Annual Public Expose was originally scheduled to be held
on May 8, 2026. However, based on the Company's internal
considerations, the schedule has been rescheduled to June
15, 2026.
This rescheduling is carried out in connection with the
adjustment of the timing of the Company's Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), in order to ensure that the
information presented in the Annual Public Expose is more
comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with the resolutions of
the AGMS.
The Company affirms that this change in schedule does not
have any material impact on the Company's operational
activities, financial condition, or business continuity.
This disclosure is made in compliance with the prevailing laws
and regulations, particularly POJK No. 31/POJK.04/2015.
Impact of event, material information or The rescheduling of the Annual Public Expose from May 8,
facts towards Issuers or Public 2026 to June 15, 2026 does not have any material impact on
Company’s operational activities, legal, the Company's operational activities, financial condition, legal
financial condition, or going concern aspects, or business continuity.
