Synergy ANTAM and PPSDM GEOMINERBA KESDM to Strengthen
Competence of Pyrometallurgical Operators

Bandung, April 5, 2024 - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM: IDX: ANTM: ASX: ATM), member of
PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) (MIND ID) - the State-Owned Enterprise of Mining Industry,
synergizes with the Center for Geological, Mineral, and Coal Human Resources Development of the
Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia (PPSDM GEOMINERBA
KESDM) in carrying out the Pyrometallurgy Operator Training and Certification Program. This
synergy is marked by the signing of the Cooperation Agreement for the Pyrometallurgy Operator
Training and Certification Program in Bandung on Thursday, April 4, 2024, by the Head of PPSDM
GEOMINERBA KESDM, Dwi Anggoro Ismukurnianto, and ANTAM's Director of Human Resources,
Achmad Ardianto.

ANTAM's Director of Human Resources, Achmad Ardianto, said:

"ANTAM has committed to improving human resources in mineral resource management. In
addition to continuously developing employee competencies within the Company, ANTAM
strives to facilitate training for pyrometallurgy operators through this synergy. With this
opportunity, ANTAM will be able to contribute more to improving the guality and
competency of mining human resources in Indonesia.”

The Pyrometallurgy Operator Training and Certification Program, a joint initiative by PPSDM
GEOMINERBA KESDM and ANTAM, will be open to the public. In this partnership, ANTAM will
contribute to the development of learning materials, provision of training locations, and assignment
Of expert personnel and Competency Assessors, demonstrating its commitment to enhancing
thehuman resources of the mining sectorin Indonesia.
