Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan hormat,
Mengacu pada email PT Bursa Efek Indonesia tanggal 4 Mei
2026, bersama ini kami sampaikan:
1. Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tahap II 2019 Seri B dengan pokok
obligasi sebesar Rp714.000.000.000,00 (tujuh ratus empat
belas miliar rupiah) akan jatuh tempo pada 28 Mei 2026.
2. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan akan
menyiapkan dana pembayaran pokok Obligasi
Berkelanjutan I Tahap II 2019 Seri B beserta bunga ke-28
sebesar Rp730.243.500.000,00 (tujuh ratus tiga puluh miliar
dua ratus empat puluh tiga juta lima ratus ribu rupiah) yang
akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek (KSEI)
paling lambat tanggal 28 Mei 2026.

With reference to the email from PT Bursa Efek Indonesia
dated May 4, 2026, we hereby inform you of the following:
1. The 2019 Series B Phase II Continuous Bond I, with a
principal amount of IDR 714,000,000,000.00 (seven hundred
fourteen billion rupiah) will mature on May 28, 2026.
2. In connection with this, the Company will prepare funds for
the payment of the principal of the 2019 Series B Phase II
Continuous Bond I along with the 28th interest payment
totaling Rp730,243,500,000.00 (seven hundred thirty billion
two hundred forty-three million five hundred thousand rupiah),
to be paid to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek (KSEI) no later than
May 28, 2026.
We hereby inform you of this matter and thank you for your
attention.
