Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material CBDK mengawali tahun 2026 dengan kinerja keuangan yang
sangat solid, didorong oleh semakin optimalnya monetisasi
kawasan bisnis CBD PIK2 serta peningkatan kualitas earnings
CBDK. Sepanjang kuartal I 2026, CBDK membukukan
pendapatan sebesar Rp743 miliar, tumbuh 74% secara
tahunan, sementara laba bersih yang dapat diatribusikan
kepada entitas induk mencapai Rp542 miliar, melonjak 317%
YoY. Pencapaian ini menegaskan kemampuan CBDK dalam
mengonversi pengembangan kawasan menjadi pertumbuhan
laba yang semakin kuat, sekaligus memperkuat fondasi
pertumbuhan jangka panjang CBDK.
