Dana hasil Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi Berkelanjutan V Bank Panin Tahap I Tahun 2026 sebesar Rp 500.000.000.000,- dan Obligasi Subordinasi Berkelanjutan V Bank Panin Tahap | Tahun 2026 sebesar Rp 50.000.000.000,- setelah dikurangi biaya penawaran terkait, telah digunakan seluruhnya sesuai dengan rencana penggunaan dana dalam prospektus. In compliance with Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 40 Year 2025 dated December 22, 2025 concerning the Use of Proceeds from Public Offerings, and with reference to our letter No.125/DIR/OJK/26 dated July 14,2026 regarding the aforementioned subject, we hereby submit the Report on Realization of the Use of Proceeds from the Public Offering of Continuous Bonds and Subordinated Bonds V Bank Panin Phase I Year 2026. The proceeds from the Public Offering of Continuous Bonds V Bank Panin Phase | Year 2026 amounting to Rp 500,000,000,000,- and Subordinated Bonds V Bank Panin Phase | Year 2026 amounting to Rp 50,000,000,000,- after deducted by related offering costs, have been fully utilized in accordance with the planned use in the prospectus.
