yang telah dterdaftar di Direktrorat Jenderal Hak Kekayaan
Intelektual, Kementerian Republik Indonesia.
Perseroan akan menjual merek dagang tersebut kepada PT.
Citra Kreasi Makmur
PT. Citra Kreasi Makmur merupakan badan hukum perseroan
terbatas yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha distribusi yang
tunduk kepada hukum Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia
yang berkedudukan di Jakarta Barat.
Perseroan memiliki tujuan untuk menjual dan menyerahkan
kepemilikan merek dagang tersebut agar dapat
dikembangkan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Realisasi rencana Perseroan dalam hal menyerahkan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kepemilikan Merek Dagang TURBO dengan sepakat bahwa
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pelaksanaan jual-beli dan penyerahaan.kepemilikan tersebut
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau turut serta mengalihkan seluruh hak kekayaan intelektual dan
Perusahaan Publik seluruh hak-hak lain yang melekat pada Merek Dagang
TURBO.

Description of Material Information or The Company is the owner of the trademark "TURBO" which
Facts has been registered with the Directorate General of Intellectual
Property of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the
Republic of Indonesia (DJKI).
The Company will sell its and PT Citra Kreasi Makmur intends
to buy the TURBO Brand.
CKM is a limited liability company engaged in the distribution
business, subject to the laws of the Unitary State of the
Republic of Indonesia domiciled in Jakarta.
The Company aims to sell and hand over ownership of Merak
Dagang TURBO so that it can be developed.
Impact of event, material information or Realization of the Company's plan in terms of handing over
facts towards Issuers or Public ownership of the TURBO Trademark by agreeing that the sale
Company’s operational activities, legal, and purchase and delivery of ownership will participate in
financial condition, or going concern transferring all intellectual property rights and all other rights
attached to the TURBO Trademark
