pencapaian target Net zero emission Perusahaan.
Dalam kegiatan perkebunan kelapa sawit, komitmen ini diwujudkan melalui penerapan efisiensi energi pada
aktivitas operasional, pengelolaan penggunaan bahan bakar secara lebih optimal, serta pengurangan limbah
operasional. Perseroan juga melakukan pemantauan penggunaan energi dan emisi dari peralatan serta
kendaraan operasional guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan menekan potensi emisi yang dihasilkan. Selain itu,
Perseroan secara berkelanjutan mendorong penerapan praktik perkebunan yang lebih ramah lingkungan,
termasuk optimalisasi pengelolaan lahan, pemanfaatan material organik, serta penguatan tata kelola
operasional yang mendukung pengurangan jejak karbon. Upaya pelestarian lingkungan juga dilakukan
melalui pemeliharaan area hijau di sekitar wilayah operasional dan penanaman tanaman penutup serta
pohon sebagai bagian dari keseimbangan ekosistem. Melalui berbagai inisiatif tersebut, Perseroan berupaya
menjalankan kegiatan usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit secara bertanggung jawab, berkelanjutan, dan
sejalan dengan upaya global dalam pengendalian perubahan iklim

Penjelasan:
Perseroan secara bertahap melakukan identifikasi dan pemetaan sumber emisi GRK yang berasal dari seluruh
aktivitas operasional. Identifikasi emisi Laporan Manajemen Management Report GRK dilakukan dengan
mengklasifikasikan sumber emisi berdasarkan masing-masing cakupan (scope) sesuai dengan standar yang
berlaku

Kebijakan Mengenai Pelecehan Seksual dan/atau Non-diskriminasi (IDX-S-08) Kebijakan non-diksriminasi

Perseroan berkomitmen menjunjung tinggi hak asasi manusia (HAM) dengan menghormati dan melindungi

Jam kerja yang diberlakukan oleh Perseroan telah sesuai dengan kesepakatan kerja dan peraturan yang
berlaku. Oleh karenanya, Perseroan memastikan tidak terjadinya tindakan kerja paksa. Di samping itu,
Perseroan senantiasa mengawasi proses rekrutmen berjalan sesuai dengan perundangundangan
ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku, di mana batas usia minimal pekerja adalah 18 tahun

Perseroan memastikan kenyamanan, keamanan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja karyawan adalah
hal yang sangat penting sehingga Perseroan membangun suasana kerja yang nyaman dengan menerapkan

Dari sisi keselamatan Perseroan menyediakan alat pendukung yang memadai bagi karyawan dalam
menajalankan tugas perawatan dan pemanenan kelapa sawit seperti helem, sepatu boots, masker sarung
tangan alat-alat perkebunan yang memadai dan berkaualitas serta kendaraan operasional perkebunan.
Sedangkan aspek kesehatan, Perseroan menyediakan fasilitas pemeriksaan kesehatan pada klinik
kesehatan yang biayanya ditanggung oleh Perseroan dan juga setiap karyawan ikut dalam program sosial
ketenaga kejaan yang diselengarakan oleh pemerintah melalui BPJS

Perseroan melarang seluruh anggota Dewan Komisari, Direksi dan karyawan mengambil keuntungan dari

In oil palm plantation activities, this commitment is realized through the application of energy efficiency in
operational activities, more optimal management of fuel use, and reduction of operational waste. The
Company also monitors energy use and emissions from equipment and operational vehicles to improve
efficiency and reduce the potential emissions produced. In addition, the Company continuously encourages
the implementation of more environmentally friendly plantation practices, including optimizing land
management, utilizing organic materials, and strengthening operational governance that supports carbon
footprint reduction. Environmental conservation efforts are also carried out through the maintenance of
green areas around the operational area and the planting of cover crops and trees as part of the ecosystem
balance. Through these various initiatives, the Company strives to carry out oil palm plantation business
activities responsibly, sustainably, and in line with global efforts to control climate change
