afiliasi yang dilakukan oleh Perseroan untuk kepentingan Afiliasinya yakni PPG selaku Perusahaan Terkendali dengan
kepemilikan 99,9999%, sehingga Perseroan tidak diwajibkan melakukan prosedur sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal
3 POJK No. 42/2020 serta tidak wajib memenuhi ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 4 ayat (1) POJK No.
42/2020. Perseroan hanya diwajibkan untuk melaporkan Transaksi kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) paling lambat
pada akhir hari kerja kedua (ke-2) setelah tanggal Transaksi.

Based on Article 1 paragraph 3 and Article 6 paragraph 1 point (b) number 1 POJK No. 42/2020, this Transaction is an
affiliate transaction carried out by the Company for the benefit of its Affiliate, namely PPG as a Controlled Company with
99.9999% ownership, so that the Company is not required to carry out the procedures as referred to in Article 3 of POJK
No. 42/2020 and is not required to fulfill the provisions as referred to in Article 4 paragraph (1) POJK No. 42/2020. The
Company is only required to report Transactions to OJK no later than the end of the second (2nd) working day after the
date of the Transaction.
