Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 26 Agustus 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (IDX: ELSA),
perusahaan jasa energi terintegrasi yang tergabung dalam
Subholding Upstream Pertamina, kembali menunjukkan
kapabilitas operational excellence pada layanan hulu migas
melalui keberhasilan pengeboran Sumur Semberah-206
(SEM-20-US) milik PT Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga (PHSS)
Zona 9 di Kutai Kartanegara, Kalimantan Timur. Bertindak
sebagai drilling contractor melalui Rig EMR-001, Elnusa
mendukung operasi pengeboran hingga uji produksi yang
menghasilkan initial production lebih dari dua kali target awal.
Kegiatan pengeboran yang dimulai pada 4 Juni 2026
diselesaikan dalam 45 hari dan mencapai tahap uji produksi
pada 19 Agustus 2026. Hasil pengujian mencatat initial
production sebesar 5,36 MMSCFD gas dan 406 BOPD
minyak, dibandingkan target awal sebesar 2,1 MMSCFD gas
dan 175 BOPD minyak. Capaian tersebut setara sekitar 255%
dari target gas dan 232% dari target minyak, sekaligus
menunjukkan kontribusi nyata aktivitas pengeboran dalam
membuka dan mengoptimalkan potensi produksi aset hulu.
Corporate Secretary Elnusa, Rustam Aji, mengatakan bahwa
keberhasilan tersebut mencerminkan positioning Elnusa
sebagai solution partner yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada
penyelesaian pekerjaan, tetapi juga pada penciptaan nilai dan
peningkatan produktivitas aset pelanggan. "Bagi Elnusa,
operational excellence bukan hanya mengenai kemampuan
menyelesaikan pengeboran dengan aman dan andal. Nilai
tambahnya terletak pada bagaimana kompetensi, aset,
teknologi, dan pengalaman yang kami miliki dapat mendukung
pelanggan mengoptimalkan potensi aset dan produksi. Hasil
Sumur Semberah-206 menjadi salah satu bukti konkret dari
kapabilitas tersebut," ujar Rustam.
Keberhasilan operasi didukung kemampuan Elnusa
mengoperasikan Rig EMR-001 untuk pengeboran berarah
hingga kedalaman akhir 11.685 ftMD. Sumur Semberah-206
menghasilkan produksi dari layer F083A, I089A, dan I072A
dengan kondisi tekanan reservoir yang baik. Dalam
pelaksanaannya, Elnusa mengintegrasikan keandalan rig,
kompetensi kru, pengendalian operasi, serta disiplin eksekusi
untuk menjaga kegiatan pengeboran berjalan efektif sesuai
parameter operasi yang ditetapkan.
Keandalan eksekusi juga ditopang oleh disiplin HSSE sebagai
fondasi operasi Elnusa. Di tengah dinamika teknis termasuk
kondisi well control, tim Elnusa melakukan penanganan secara
cepat dan terkoordinasi dengan tetap mengedepankan
keselamatan. Hingga pelaksanaan operasi, Rig EMR-001
membukukan 75.600 safe man hours sejak tajak sumur,
memperkuat rekam jejak Elnusa dalam menjalankan pekerjaan
berisiko tinggi secara aman dan terkendali.
Keberhasilan Semberah-206 semakin memperkuat rekam
jejak layanan drilling Elnusa sebagai salah satu kompetensi
strategis di segmen Upstream Oil & Gas Services. Kapabilitas
tersebut dibangun melalui kombinasi aset yang andal,
technical expertise, pengalaman operasi, teknologi, serta
kemampuan mengintegrasikan berbagai layanan untuk
menjawab kebutuhan pelanggan yang semakin kompleks.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, August 26, 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (IDX: ELSA), an
Facts integrated energy services company and a member of
Pertamina Subholding Upstream, has once again
demonstrated its operational excellence capabilities in
upstream oil and gas services through the successful drilling of
the Semberah-206 (SEM-20-US) Well, owned by PT
Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga (PHSS) Zone 9 in Kutai
Kartanegara, East Kalimantan. Acting as the drilling contractor
utilizing the EMR-001 Rig, Elnusa supported drilling operations
up to the production testing phase, which yielded an initial
production of more than double the initial target.
The drilling activities, which commenced on June 4, 2026,
were completed in 45 days and reached the production testing
phase on August 19, 2026. The testing results recorded an
initial production of 5.36 MMSCFD of gas and 406 BOPD of
oil, compared to the initial targets of 2.1 MMSCFD of gas and
175 BOPD of oil. This achievement is equivalent to
approximately 255% of the gas target and 232% of the oil
target, concurrently demonstrating the tangible contribution of
drilling activities in unlocking and optimizing the production
potential of upstream assets.
Elnusa's Corporate Secretary, Rustam Aji, stated that this
success reflects Elnusa's positioning as a solution partner
oriented not only toward task completion but also toward value
creation and the enhancement of customer asset productivity.

ability to complete drilling safely and reliably. The added value

experience can support customers in optimizing asset and
production potential. The results of the Semberah-206 Well
serve as concrete evidence of these capabilities," said
Rustam.
The operational success was supported by Elnusa's capability
to operate the EMR-001 Rig for directional drilling to a final
depth of 11,685 ftMD. The Semberah-206 Well generates
production from layers F083A, I089A, and I072A with favorable
reservoir pressure conditions. In its execution, Elnusa
integrated rig reliability, crew competency, operational control,
and execution discipline to ensure that drilling activities ran
effectively according to the established operational
parameters.
Execution reliability was also underpinned by HSSE discipline
as the foundation of Elnusa's operations. Amid technical
dynamics, including well control conditions, the Elnusa team
managed the situation swiftly and in a coordinated manner
while continually prioritizing safety. Up to the operational
execution, the EMR-001 Rig recorded 75,600 safe man-hours
since the well spudding, strengthening Elnusa's track record in
executing high-risk operations safely and under control.
The success of Semberah-206 further solidifies the track
record of Elnusa's drilling services as a strategic competency
within the Upstream Oil & Gas Services segment. This
capability is built upon a combination of reliable assets,
technical expertise, operational experience, technology, and
the ability to integrate various services to address increasingly
complex customer needs. This competency serves as one of
Elnusa's competitive advantages in capturing opportunities
from exploration activities, field development, and the
optimization of national oil and gas production.
