      Semberah-206 Well Exceeds Production Targets, Elnusa Strengthens Its
         Operational Excellence Track Record in the Upstream Business
Jakarta, August 26, 2026 – PT Elnusa Tbk (IDX: ELSA), an integrated energy services company and a member of Pertamina Subholding
Upstream, has once again demonstrated its operational excellence capabilities in upstream oil and gas services through the successful drilling
of the Semberah-206 (SEM-20-US) Well, owned by PT Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga (PHSS) Zone 9 in Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan.
Acting as the drilling contractor utilizing the EMR-001 Rig, Elnusa supported drilling operations up to the production testing phase, which
yielded an initial production of more than double the initial target.

The drilling activities, which commenced on June 4, 2026, were completed in 45 days and reached the production testing phase on August 19,
2026. The testing results recorded an initial production of 5.36 MMSCFD of gas and 406 BOPD of oil, compared to the initial targets of 2.1
MMSCFD of gas and 175 BOPD of oil. This achievement is equivalent to approximately 255% of the gas target and 232% of the oil target,
concurrently demonstrating the tangible contribution of drilling activities in unlocking and optimizing the production potential of upstream
assets.

Elnusa's Corporate Secretary, Rustam Aji, stated that this success reflects Elnusa's positioning as a solution partner orient ed not only toward
task completion but also toward value creation and the enhancement of customer asset productivity. "For Elnusa, operational excellence is not

The operational success was supported by Elnusa's capability to operate the EMR-001 Rig for directional drilling to a final depth of 11,685
ftMD. The Semberah-206 Well generates production from layers F083A, I089A, and I072A with favorable reservoir pressure conditions. In
its execution, Elnusa integrated rig reliability, crew competency, operational control, and execution discipline to ensure that drilling activities
ran effectively according to the established operational parameters.

Execution reliability was also underpinned by HSSE discipline as the foundation of Elnusa's operations. Amid technical dynamics, including well
control conditions, the Elnusa team managed the situation swiftly and in a coordinated manner while continually prioritizing safety. Up to the
operational execution, the EMR-001 Rig recorded 75,600 safe man-hours since the well spudding, strengthening Elnusa's track record in
executing high-risk operations safely and under control.

The success of Semberah-206 further solidifies the track record of Elnusa's drilling services as a strategic competency within the Upstream Oil
& Gas Services segment. This capability is built upon a combination of reliable assets, technical expertise, operational experience, technology,
