Global Tech (“MGT”) (“Transaction”).
3. Uraian Informasi/ : a. Objek/ The Objects: pembelian saham yang dimiliki oleh WK sejumlah

4. Hubungan Afiliasi/ : Hubungan antara anak perusahaan terkendali dari Perseroan yang dimiliki
Affiliation Relationship sekurang-kurangnya sebesar 99% dengan perusahaan terkendali Perseroan
yang dimiliki kurang dari 99% dan Komisaris Perseroan, dimana MGT merupakan
anak perusahaan dimiliki sekurang-kurangnya 99% dari Perseroan dan MAB
merupakan anak perusahaan dimiliki sebesar 85% dan Tuan Winato Kartono
yang merupakan Komisaris Perseroan./
Relationship between a controlled subsidiary of the Company which is owned at
least 99% with the controlled subsidiary of the Company which is owned less than
99% and the Company’s Commissioner, in which MGT is a subsidiary that is at
least 99% owned by the Company, MAB is a subsidiary that is 85% owned by the
Company and Mr. Winato Kartono who is the Company’s Commissioner.

The Transaction constitutes an affiliated transaction that is required to obtain
fairness opinion from independent appraisal based on POJK 42 and the
Company has obtained fairness opinion from KJPP Iskandar dan Rekan. Further
information on the Transaction is covered in the Disclosure Information submitted
by the Company.
