Press Release PT MD Pictures Tbk (“FILM”)

Jakarta—MD Pictures recorded solid performance throughout 2023 despite intensifying
competition with foreign films. Our leadership as a successful content producer is well reflected
in our work, which is applauded and praised by the public, making us the industry’s market leader.

We successfully booked revenue of IDR 370 billion and net profit of IDR 95 billion in 2023.
This is supported by "Sewu Dino” reigning as the highest-grossing local movie for 2023.

Our commitment to operational excellence is evident in our 76% EBITDA margin, which is
consistent with 2022 and has ensured positive cash flow, maintaining a solid liquidity position,
demonstrated by its net cash position of IDR 518 billion as of December 2023 and quick and
cash ratios exceeding 8x, up from the December 2022 range of 6-7x. As on 31st Dec 2023, the
company also continues to have a light balance sheet with zero debt (i.e. bank Loan) position.
