Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan pada
tanggal 28 Maret 2024 telah menyetujui antara lain
membagikan dividen tunai Tahun Buku 2023 dengan nilai
maksimal sebesar Rp70.922.112.509,- (tujuh puluh miliar
sembilan ratus dua puluh dua juta seratus dua belas ribu lima
ratus sembilan Rupiah) atau setinggi-tingginya 30% (tiga puluh
persen) dari Laba Bersih Perseroan, sehingga setiap saham
memperoleh dividen atau sekitar sebesar Rp20,37 (dua puluh
koma tiga tujuh Rupiah) per saham yang akan dibayarkan
pada tanggal 2 Mei 2024.

Facts 28, 2024 has approved to distribute cash dividends for the
2023 Financial Year with a maximum value of IDR
