lain membagikan dividen tunai Tahun Buku 2023
dengan nilai maksimal sebesar Rp70.922.112.509,-
(tujuh puluh miliar sembilan ratus dua puluh dua juta
seratus dua belas ribu lima ratus sembilan Rupiah)
atau setinggi-tingginya 30% (tiga puluh persen) dari
Laba Bersih Perseroan, sehingga setiap saham
memperoleh dividen atau sekitar sebesar Rp20,37

dividends for the 2023 Financial Year with a maximum
value of IDR 70,922,112,509,- (seventy billion nine
hundred twenty-two million one hundred twelve
thousand five hundred and nine Rupiah) or a
maximum of 30% (thirty percent) of the Company's
Net Profit, so each share receives a dividend around
Rp20.37 (twenty point three seven Rupiah) per share
which will be paid on May 2, 2024.
